Mobiz Inc. is looking for an AI Lead Engineer to help shape the next chapter of their platform. This role involves evolving the platform into a scalable AI system and requires hands-on design, coding, and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Play a central role in evolving our platform from deterministic intelligence into a scalable, explainable, and increasingly autonomous AI system that drives real business outcomes
Hands on in designing, coding, and validating proof of concept AI features, translating ideas into working systems before scaling them into production
Work closely with product, business, and strategic leaders across the company to help define how AI is applied to real customer problems, how success is measured, and how intelligence becomes a durable competitive advantage
Carry both technical ownership and leadership responsibility, requiring the ability to influence direction, align stakeholders, and turn strategy into execution
Comfortable writing production code, experimenting with models, and materializing concepts into measurable outcomes, while also thinking long term about platform architecture and enterprise level impact

Required

4–5 years of experience in AI architecture
Experience in machine learning
Experience in data driven system design
Ability to design, code, and validate proof of concept AI features

Ability to materialize concepts into measurable outcomes
Long term thinking about platform architecture and enterprise level impact
