Responsibilities

Lead the design, execution, and delivery of solutions for our clients’ toughest business challenges
Oversee complex, multi-threaded technical projects, streamline business processes and technology environments, develop architecture and roadmaps, or lead technology transformation initiatives
Mentor junior team members and oversee account teams in the execution of different workstreams
Play a key role in business development, leveraging relationships to drive growth through both existing and new accounts
Collaborate with other Valent leaders in leading the operations of our business and contribute directly to the growth of Valent as a destination place to build one’s career

Required

Minimum of ten years of experience in technology consulting, including a background in software development, enterprise architecture, or data and AI
Experience managing end-to-end transformation projects and programs (i.e., digital transformation, systems implementation, cloud migration, AI and automation, etc.)
Experience leading the architecting and implementation of custom technology solutions
Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks, with the ability to evaluate and recommend the best fit for the client needs
Experience managing client accounts, including team leadership, delivery oversight, and senior client relationship management
Experience driving business development and go-to-market efforts, including pursuit strategy and expansion of existing client relationships
Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect technical solutions to business objectives and client outcomes
Skilled at driving alignment across cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives
Experience coaching a team to achieve successful project outcomes, while also contributing directly to the work being done
Strong business acumen, capable of framing technical information to non-technical audiences
Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
