Responsibilities
Lead the overall technical workstream for NCRV’s Oracle Cloud implementation (Supply Chain and Finance)
Oversee development, testing, and go-live readiness across all waves of deployment
Manage the delivery of approximately 180 integrations, 15 data conversions, and related reporting deliverables
Collaborate closely with Oracle, Cognizant, and NCRV IT teams to ensure seamless delivery and issue resolution
Work alongside and coordinate daily with the technical lead based in India and other offshore resources
Drive adherence to best practices for integrations, conversions, and reporting within Oracle Cloud (Fusion)
Represent the VP of Applications in technical workstream meetings and status reviews
Identify risks, track issues, and drive mitigations to maintain delivery timelines and quality
Provide ongoing communication and progress reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud (Fusion) technical leadership roles
2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations (preferably global or multi-country) leading technical delivery
Demonstrated success managing large-scale integration (150+), conversion, and reporting projects
Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, APEX, and related PaaS tools
Proven ability to lead onshore/offshore teams and coordinate with external system integrators
Strong knowledge of Oracle data migration and testing methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with executive presence
Proactive problem solver with a delivery-oriented mindset
