InfoStride is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and integration of key business systems across Finance, Revenue, and Growth. The role involves leading various systems implementations and acting as a technical and functional partner to ensure systems are scalable as the company grows.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of a Contract-to-Cash (C2C) solution (potentially using Tabs; final system TBD)
Lead the upgrade and optimization of Ramp, moving from a basic configuration to a more robust, scalable setup
Support Sales Tax implementation, partnering with vendors such as Anrok or Avalara
Lead implementation of a Sales Commission tool, potentially Everstage
Support Salesforce (SFDC) implementation efforts
Partner closely with the Revenue Operations hire (primary SFDC owner)
Act as a supporting systems resource for configuration, testing, integrations, and ongoing enhancements
Support implementation of an FP&A tool (e.g., Pigment), working closely with Finance to ensure accurate modeling, reporting, and data flows

Required

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Finance Systems Analyst, or similar role
Strong experience supporting finance and revenue systems implementations
Hands-on experience with some or all of the following: Contract-to-Cash tools (Tabs), Ramp, Sales tax tools (Anrok, Avalara), Salesforce (SFDC), FP&A tools (Pigment preferred)
Experience supporting system integrations and working with external vendors
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Onsite in SF (pref 5 days/ week, 3 minimum)
ERP - QuickBooks
HRIS/Payroll - Ripple
AP - Ramp (biggest problem area for them with integrations)
Evaluating Contract software's (between Tabs and Monk)
Evaluating Sales Tax software's (between Anrok and Avalara)
Must Haves: Ramp - integrations, Salesforce - Implementation and integrations - Implementation will be led by future Rev Ops manager
Start up mindset / helpful / flexible / roll up sleeves
Potential C2H for a strong candidate
