Serve as the vital link to significantly impact, enhance, and elevate the overall customer service experience
Understand and fully embrace the responsibility of addressing and resolving customer issues
Engage in collaboration with diverse teams across all Ashley companies, including remote teams worldwide, ensuring a unified approach to enhance customer service standards
Extend support to both internal and external customers confronting challenges in various scenarios
Leverage expertise in data analysis, problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of corporate policies to provide effective resolutions to customer concerns
Perform root cause analysis on multiple customer journeys
Work closely with teams across the organization to resolve immediate concerns and review and refine current policies and procedures that may contribute to a negative customer experience
Drive systemic improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
High degree of ownership in addressing and resolving customer issues
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across all Ashley companies
Experience in supporting both internal and external customers
Expertise in data analysis
Strong problem-solving skills
Thorough understanding of corporate policies
Ability to perform root cause analysis on multiple customer journeys
Experience in reviewing and refining current policies and procedures
Ability to drive systemic improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction
