The ideal candidate has personally managed 250+ storm restoration roofing projects, including knocking doors, performing roof inspections, running adjuster meetings, supplementing scopes of work, and closing contracts in-home

Field Leadership & Door-to-Door Experience: You have a proven track record of leading by example in the field within a door-to-door sales environment. Experience in roles such as Field Marketing Manager, Canvassing Manager, or D2D Team Lead/Mentor strongly aligns with what we're looking for

In-Home Sales Expertise: You bring strong in-home closing experience, including product selection (roofing, siding, gutters, and ideally solar), financing, and contract execution. You've either been trained by—or helped lead—an in-home sales organization, with measurable, documented results
