Sales Executive (Wealth Management SaaS)
Iopa Solutions is a fast-scaling WealthTech firm transforming the wealth management ecosystem. They are seeking a Wealth Software Sales Executive to drive full-cycle enterprise sales, manage multi-stakeholder deals, and collaborate with product teams to enhance client proposals.
Responsibilities
Full-cycle enterprise sales into RIAs, broker-dealers, wirehouses, asset managers, and wealth platforms
Leading deep solution conversations across portfolio management, financial planning, reporting, trading, compliance, and client experience
Managing multi-stakeholder, mid- to long-cycle enterprise deals
Presenting to C-suite and senior leaders (Chief Investment Officer, Head of Advisor Platforms, CTO, COO)
Owning territory strategy, pipeline development, and revenue growth across the US
Working closely with product and solutions teams to shape client-focused proposals
Qualification
Required
Strong experience selling wealth management software, advisor platforms, or related fintech
Track record of successful enterprise sales into wealth managers, RIAs, broker-dealers, or financial institutions
Ability to run complex, consultative sales cycles (6–18 months)
Deep understanding of wealth management operations, advisor workflows, and regulatory context
Strong executive presence + storytelling ability
Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset — someone who builds, not just manages
