System Administrator
Call Quest Solution is seeking a System Administrator with strong ServiceNow expertise, focused on CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM processes. The role will ensure CMDB accuracy, integrations, reporting, and governance while supporting ITIL-aligned processes.

Maintain and govern CMDB health and data accuracy
Configure integrations and automate workflows
Develop CMDB Health Dashboards, audits, and compliance reports
Support configuration management and ITIL-aligned processes
Work on assigned ServiceNow deliverables
Qualification
Required
ServiceNow expertise, particularly CMDB
Knowledge of CI classes, relationships, and lifecycle management
Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integration Hub ETL
Understanding of ITOM & ITSM modules
Experience with Incident, Change, Problem Management
ITIL v4 knowledge, focus on Configuration Management
CI data normalization, reconciliation, duplicate elimination
Experience with automated discovery tools
Integration experience with SCCM, Active Directory, and enterprise systems
Basic scripting in JavaScript & Glide API
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
