Responsibilities
Develop and sustain the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards (including: IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO 9001, OHAS 18001, ISO 26262), accreditation requirements and business requirements across the organization through existing and new procedures
Regulate, control, and improve the quality of all processes throughout the business and the final product
Manage audits to ensure that all nonconformities raised against certification bodies during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified
Ensure that all in-house systems, procedures, and documentation are updated, revised, and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies
Assist in setting department key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure maximized output from the department
Oversee and support internal QMS programs such Management Reviews, Internal and External Audits
Ensure documentation and registers are reviewed and updated periodically
Perform other tasks not specifically mentioned herein
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (5-7 years' experience) or Master's Degree (3-5 years' experience) in a technical or related field preferred
Experienced with electric vehicle power conversation technologies, standards, and regulations
Certified Automotive Functional Safety Professional on ISO 26262
ISO 9001: 5 years minimum (Required)
ISO 14001: 3 years minimum (Required)
IATF 16949: 5 years minimum (Required)
