Responsibilities
Cultivating new customers and opportunities
Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs
Develop tailored solutions and support the implementation process
Working with designers and preparing technical proposals and presentations
Coordinating with Project Managers and technical team to ensure successful project execution
Building strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional service
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Broadcast Equipment Sales, Engineering and Technical Support
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with clients and team members
Background in Sales with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Problem-solving skills and technical proficiency relevant to video production systems and solutions
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
Previous experience in the video production, broadcast, or AV solutions industry is advantageous
