Aquatic Informatics - Wastewater Configuration Analyst (US - Remote)

The Wastewater Configuration Analyst is responsible for configuring software to meet customer needs in the wastewater industry, collaborating with project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Implementation Specialists and Project Managers to understand project requirements and Statements of Work
Assist in developing and reviewing solution documentation, ensuring clarity and accurate time estimates
Configure and install operational data management systems, including process variables, calculations, reports, and data entry forms
Validate software functionality to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and project specifications
Document all project activities and deliverables in the project management tracking system
Travel up to 10% nationally or internationally for training, customer meetings, and industry events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science
Strong understanding of Wastewater Processes
Process Units (aeration tanks, clarifiers, etc.)
Wastewater Parameters (NH4, NO3, etc.)
Activated Sludge Processes (Nitrification, Denitrification, etc.)
SCADA, IoT in a wastewater environment
3+ years of experience in data management, system configuration, or equivalent technical role within the water or wastewater industry
Experience working in or with wastewater treatment plants, utilities, system integrators, or water technology providers
Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Excel, Word)
Demonstrated ability to configure operational systems including variables, calculations, reports, and data entry forms
