Responsibilities

Identify, target, and engage prospective customers through a variety of communication channels
Assess customer requirements and technical machinery applications/solutions
Collaborate with our in-house engineering team to develop custom proposals and solutions
Prepare accurate price quotations and follow up professionally
Represent ACTION at trades shows and occasional customer site visits

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years in technical sales
Ability to quickly develop expertise in our line of equipment and services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
This is not a remote position

Preferred

Experience with vibratory equipment or material-handling equipment
Marketing experience
Background in engineering or drafting
Bilingual or multilingual skills
