Draft, negotiate, and review a wide variety of commercial contracts including procurement agreements, IT-related SOWs and vendor contracts
Experience with confidential disclosure agreements and work orders and amendments is a plus
Qualification
Required
7+ years of commercial contracts experience
Significant experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex commercial transaction agreements
Excellent academic credentials
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
Outstanding references
Preferred
Prior experience at a large corporate law firm, a sophisticated boutique firm, or in-house with a major company
