This role focuses on developing compelling internal and external communications that enhance brand visibility and support recruitment and retention goals.

Responsibilities
Develop and write content in alignment with the 4C’s
Scout for relevant topics internally (departmentally) and externally (like a journalist)
Write engaging content for emails, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, brochures, and social media as required by CCBCO
Develop scripts for culture related videos
Draft internal announcements, memos, talking points, and executive communications for CCBCO
Manage and prep content for newsletters in alignment with dept creative lead
Work cross-departmentally with Retail, TPO, Training, Marketing, Compliance, and Leadership as directed by CCBCO
Maintain consistent brand voice across digital channels, print materials, and PR announcements
Write press releases for milestones, events, awards, partnerships, and company news
Support public relations initiatives, including media outreach and editorial content needs
Ensure compliance-approved messaging across materials and campaigns
Develop messaging for Sales Rallies, Leadership Conferences, tradeshows, company and partner events
Write Event descriptions, speaker intros, scripts, recaps, sponsorship messaging, and follow-ups as directed by CCBCO
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 year of professional content creation/copy writing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent writing and editorial skills (clear, persuasive, professional tone)
Experience with CRM platforms, CMS publishing, and email platforms
Preferred
Experience in Financial Services or related industries preferred
