Responsibilities

End-to-end revenue cycle operations across front, middle, and back office functions
Revenue operations supporting oncology-focused, ambulatory, multi-state practices
Capitation, risk-based, and value-based care revenue models (required)
Centralization and optimization of revenue cycle workflows across locations
Automation initiatives including AI, claims scrubbers, and eligibility optimization
Oversight of onshore and offshore teams and key vendor partnerships
Leadership of approximately 110 total resources, including internal teammates, outsourced partners, and senior leaders
Strategic relationships with both small and large payors
Executive-level reporting and presentations to C-suite and Board stakeholders

Required

10+ years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience
Deep expertise in oncology, capitation, and value-based care
Proven success in ambulatory and/or multi-state physician practice environments
Clear ownership of the full revenue cycle, end to end
Strong experience with revenue cycle centralization and workflow optimization
Comfort leveraging technology, AI, and automation to drive efficiency
Experience on the provider delivery side (payor-only backgrounds not preferred)
Bachelor's degree required
Career progression demonstrating depth, credibility, and sustained impact
