Responsibilities
Researches claims and coordinates information from other departments to respond to customer inquiries
Works collaboratively with other internal department personnel to resolve customer inquiries
Authorizes adjustments to billing in order to resolve customer service issues
Works with dental office personnel to clarify subscriber's coverage level, identify allowable procedures, and resolve billing issues
Maintains positive rapport with dental office staff members to ensure a positive image of Northeast Delta Dental
Composes and sends written correspondence via mail or email to subscribers and purchasers to answer questions, clarify benefits, or respond to inquiries
Qualification
Required
All Candidates must live in NH
Two years of related experience, or equivalent training, experience, and/or education
Bilingual skills a plus
A happy attitude
