Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and optimize scalable and highly available infrastructure for Microsoft Dynamics 365
Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to proactively detect and resolve issues
Collaborate with development teams to improve performance and reliability by addressing bottlenecks
Automate deployments, scaling, patching, and routine operations using PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Azure CLI, or Terraform
Design and implement disaster recovery and failover strategies to ensure business continuity
Troubleshoot issues related to performance, networking, security, and infrastructure
Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 development and deployments
Optimize Microsoft Azure resources including VMs, databases, networking, and storage
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements
Support capacity planning and performance tuning to enable future growth
Qualification
Required
4–5 years of experience as an SRE or DevOps Engineer supporting cloud-based platforms
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, databases, networking, storage)
Hands-on experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Terraform
Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, or Grafana
Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO):
Administration and governance
Repository and branching policy management
CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Preferred
Microsoft certifications such as:
Azure Administrator Associate
Azure Solutions Architect
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of SQL database performance tuning and optimization
Experience working in regulated environments (Healthcare, HIPAA, GDPR)
