Responsibilities
Oversee client service processes across your region, ensuring they’re aligned with our standards and goals
Work closely with branch leaders to balance workloads, support staffing efforts, and integrate new partners
Leverage technology and best practices to create capacity for growth and improved service
Lead and mentor client service leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork
Ensure teams are equipped to deliver top-tier service and adapt to changing client needs
Focus on compliance, process improvement, and client retention
Leverage performance metrics and implement innovative strategies to achieve growth targets while maintaining high-quality results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of client service experience and/or claims management experience - or- High School degree/GED with 12+ years of experience
5+ years of management experience
Appropriate licensing as required
Preferred
Experience in employee benefits or professional services consulting, with a focus on leadership and client relationships
Ability to explain complex issues in simple terms and present confidently to clients and peers
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A collaborative approach and a passion for mentoring and developing teams
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
