They are seeking a Lead Sourcing & Intelligence Director to set the sourcing vision, design scalable processes, and manage a team while driving revenue growth through strategic lead sourcing and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the company’s lead sourcing and intelligence strategy, ensuring alignment with GTM and revenue objectives
Identify new lead channels, data sources, and enrichment strategies that drive measurable pipeline lift
Personally source, enrich, and validate high-value lead segments — especially during strategic campaigns or new vertical launches
Build repeatable, automated sourcing frameworks integrated with CRM and data systems
Hire, coach, and develop lead sourcing specialists and analysts
Define clear KPIs, workflows, and QA standards to ensure accuracy and velocity
Partner with BI to design dashboards tracking lead quality, conversion rates, and source ROI
Present findings to executive leadership and influence GTM strategy with data-backed recommendations
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership to refine ICPs and align sourcing efforts with revenue targets
Collaborate with RevOps Systems and Data teams to ensure sourcing processes integrate seamlessly with CRM and reporting architecture

Required

7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth Ops with a heavy focus on lead data strategy and execution
Demonstrated success building sourcing or data functions at scale
Hands-on expertise with tools like Apollo, Seamless, Zoominfo, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesforce, and data visualization platforms
Strong strategic thinking and communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
Proven ability to lead teams while staying close to the work
