Field Service Technician - Sensors & Transmitters

They are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and repair for sensors and transmitters, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Manufacturing
Responsibilities
Performing installations, scheduled preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs at customer sites
Providing end-user trainings so operators understand how to use and care for their equipment correctly
Communicating closely with the service support team and sales to meet customer uptime and response time expectations
Maintaining company vehicle and assigned parts inventory in a clean, organized, and compliant manner
Utilizing SAP to document work performed, update service records, and maintain data integrity
Qualification
Required
Technical background, which knowledge of sensors and transmitters in the biopharmaceutical industry
Strong communication skills
Ability to problem solve and think creatively
Preferred
Location in New England or New Jersey is preferred, with the ability to travel 80-100%
