Perform First Article and Final Inspection of machined parts. Record and report nonconforming products, equating to 95% of the weekly time
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Ensure work station is uncluttered and equipment is clean and operational, equating to less than 5% of the weekly time
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Adhere to department expectations. Meet/exceed department performance expectations such as throughput, productivity, quality, and safety
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate
At least six months' experience
Knowledge of hand inspection tools (Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, Thread Gages, etc.)
Mathematical skills
Reasoning skills
Analytical skills
Communication skills
Math logic skills, analytical skills, and reasoning skills are needed to interpret drawings and parts for inspection
