Client Service Associate - Financial Services
TalentLink Solutions is a financial planning and wealth management firm established in 1996. They are looking for a Client Service Associate to support the advisory team, manage client relationships, and assist in the advanced planning process while ensuring high standards of service and communication.

Responsibilities
Support advisory team with preparation of well-polished documentation and presentation materials for meetings
Review and organize meeting notes; document topics covered, client updates, and action items; enter and schedule tasks in the CRM; and complete all follow up items using firm procedures
Coordinate the development and ongoing maintenance of financial plans, including initial data entry, research on planning topics, creation of recommendations, and continuous plan monitoring and updates
Execute requests such as trades, wires, and journals with precision and within strict deadlines, ensuring proper initiation, review, approval, completion, and proactive communication with clients
Provide operations and service support, including opening new accounts, processing applications, and managing asset transfers
Prepare client reports, financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and goal-based projections
Research complex client situations, set clear expectations, and outline the steps needed to resolve inquiries promptly
Continuously monitor client data across various platforms for accuracy and continuity
Assist with initiatives focused on value-add content delivered to clients
Communicate and follow up regularly with clients, building strong relationships; respond promptly to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear, effective solutions
Other special projects to support firm-wide process improvement and capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, financial planning, or a related field
2+ years of progressive experience in the wealth management industry, supporting one or more financial advisors highly preferred
Expected to have the Series 65 license or be able to obtain it within 90 days of employment
Strong technology skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, listening, and interpersonal communication skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality, with a strong attention to detail
Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and shift between responsibilities throughout the day
Can-do attitude, enthusiastic, and a strong aptitude for learning
The ability to effectively prioritize workloads and complete tasks within well-defined guidelines and time constraints is essential
Organizational skills and attention to detail are critical given the nature of paperwork, processes, and work, upon which both clients and the advisory team depend
This person is an intelligent, analytical thinker with the ability to draw on a range of resources to ensure a high-quality outcome across the position's responsibilities
