Responsibilities

Document clear, structured business requirements, user stories, and supporting materials for strategic initiatives
Assist in translating business needs and reporting requirements into specifications for technical teams
Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities led by various business units and Strategic Initiatives Operations
Track progress of assigned tasks, action items, and deliverables, escalating issues when needed
Help prepare materials and summaries for project meetings and executive updates
Assist business stakeholders in finalizing testing activities, including confirming requirements have been met
Help track completion of project deliverables and ensure documentation is up to date
Support measurement and tracking of adoption, KPIs, and KRIs related to strategic initiatives
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Operations, Front-,Middle, Back- Office, Compliance, and Data & Application Solutions
Participate in cross-functional working sessions and capture decisions, issues, and follow-ups
Provide general project support to the Head of Strategic Initiatives and PMO on large initiatives and special projects

Qualification

Business analysisAI toolsMS ExcelAnalytical mindsetCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in math, finance, economics, or related analytical field
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
Experience and exposure in AI tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel
Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Preferred

Advanced Excel skills and building data sets
Knowledge and experience in Asset Management, Private Equity, or related field
Ability to simplify complex ideas
Advanced degree
