Responsibilities

Develop system architecture and signal flow diagrams with SI’s

Specify and validate AV hardware, software, and network components

Oversee integration requirements and interoperability testing in the lab and during 'build'

Ensure scalability and futureproofing

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Demonstrated ability to design scalable and future-proof AV solutions

In-depth knowledge of AV and IT protocols, standards, and best practices

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Strong project management and organizational abilities

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D, AVIXA, or ST2110-specific certifications) are a plus
