Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for independent financial advisors, RIAs, and broker-dealers
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through targeted outbound outreach, strategic referrals, and effective inbound inquiries
Conduct product demos and present Kapitalwise’s value proposition tailored to advisor pain points
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve onboarding, retention, and upsell opportunities
Track all sales activity and performance metrics using CRM tools
Stay informed on industry trends and competitors in the advisor technology and lead generation space

Qualification

B2B sales experienceSelling to financial advisorsCRM platforms proficiencyConsultative sellingRelationship-building skillsCommunication skillsNegotiation skillsPresentation abilitiesSelf-starter

Required

1-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech, martech, or SaaS
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Self-starter with a track record of exceeding targets in fast-paced environments
Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Preferred

Experience selling to financial advisors, RIAs, or financial services firms preferred
