Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle for new subscription customers, from prospecting to contract execution
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and strategic targeting
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points, workflows, and buying criteria
Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly articulate value, ROI, and use cases
Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM tools
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and subscription structures in line with company guidelines
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting on pipeline health and deal progress
Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality, campaigns, and messaging feedback
Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff post-sale and support retention and expansion
Stay informed on product updates, competitive landscape, and market trends

Required

2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or account executive roles
Proven experience selling subscription-based software solutions
Strong outbound prospecting and lead qualification skills
Ability to run structured discovery and value-based sales conversations
Experience managing deals through a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment

Preferred

Experience selling to SMB, mid-market, or enterprise customers (role-dependent)
Familiarity with common SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, churn)
Experience selling into a defined vertical or functional buyer persona
Exposure to multi-stakeholder sales cycles
