Network Operations Center Technician
ALOIS Solutions is a leading Telecom & Public Safety Technology organization supporting mission-critical network operations. The NOC Technician I will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents in a fast-paced NOC environment, ensuring effective communication with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Monitor and support IP networks & telecom systems
Respond to network alerts and outages
Troubleshoot routers, switches, servers & endpoints
Manage incidents using ServiceNow
Communicate with engineers, vendors & stakeholders
Document incidents and ensure SLA compliance
Qualification
Required
1+ year experience in NOC, Network Ops, or Technical Support
Strong knowledge of IP Networking
Hands-on troubleshooting of routers, switches & connectivity
Experience with VPN, BGP, MPLS, SIP
Ability to read network diagrams (Visio or similar)
US Citizen (CJIS compliance)
Must pass CJIS background check
Preferred
Telecom or Call Center (24/7 ops) experience
Certifications: Network+, CCNA/CCST, ITIL
AWS or cloud monitoring exposure
