Responsibilities
Apply customer payments, including cash, checks, ACH, wires, and credit card transactions
Prepare daily bank deposits
Research and resolve payment discrepancies for assigned accounts
Process credit card payments and refunds
Settle sales adjustments and customer returns
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts
Collaborate with Credit and Collections teams on account reconciliation
Run and review monthly reports for account reconciliation
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Experience with any ERP system (Dynamics 365 experience preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Superior customer service skills and professional demeanor
Strong organizational, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills
Preferred
