Responsibilities
Ability to partner with HR and advise on day-to-day employment questions
Significant in-house counsel experience is strongly preferred, particularly at a global organization
Experience with employment audits and employee records review
Experience developing and implementing employment policies, workflows processes, and templates
Ability to review and update employment agreements
Experience with international jurisdictions (specifically EMEA)
Ability to work independently while pushing projects forward and asking the right questions of stakeholders
Strong interpersonal communication abilities
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as an employment attorney
Ability to partner with HR and advise on day-to-day employment questions
Experience with employment audits and employee records review
Experience developing and implementing employment policies, workflows processes, and templates
Ability to review and update employment agreements
Experience with international jurisdictions (specifically EMEA)
Ability to work independently while pushing projects forward and asking the right questions of stakeholders
Strong interpersonal communication abilities
Preferred
