The Leasing Intern will provide support for the Leasing department, participating in tasks related to the leasing of spaces, including due diligence, marketing, and networking.

Due Diligence and Property Tours
Marketing & Research (broker list development, flyer development, targeted mailings, post cards, research requests)
Merchandising (Evaluation, strategy and planning)
Networking and follow-up
Prospecting (lead development, canvassing, social media marketing)
Letter of Intent and Lease Negotiation
Qualification
Required
A current university student enrolled in a degree seeking program studying Real Estate, Sales, Finance, or another business-related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, the ability to interact with a variety of groups internally and externally, including senior leaders
Ability to work independently, with direction and guidance, and on a team (as needed)
Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities at once
Preferred
Previous co-op or internship experience strongly preferred
