Start in 2026 FallPhillips Edison & Company is dedicated to creating great omni-channel grocery-anchored shopping experiences and improving communities. The Marketing Intern will work closely with the Senior Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist and the Marketing & Communications team to assist in developing marketing strategies and creating content for social media.

Responsibilities
Assist in identifying, planning, and implementing new communications, marketing, and promotional campaign strategies
Create and curate content for the company’s social media sites
Conduct data analysis for social media performance and email campaign performance
Work on digital media and web projects including but not limited to SEO, Facebook Marketing, and Google ads that support the sales team’s efforts to sign new tenants
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A current undergraduate student who is able to work full-time and in person during the semester
A current university student enrolled in a degree seeking program studying Marketing or another related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Marketing savvy and creativity
Proven social media skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, with direction and guidance, and on a team
Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities at once with attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred
Demonstrated leadership experience and prior marketing internship experience preferred
Experience with marketing automation systems like HubSpot highly desirable
