Responsibilities

Manage campaigns from concept to execution to analysis
Work collaboratively with account stakeholders to ensure a powerful marketing strategy is deployed
Budget accounts and identify optimizations that will help track towards clients' goals
Work with the Paid Social Specialist on accounts to ensure campaigns, audiences, creatives, and ad sets are being created
Apply account learnings to each campaign
Own all things Paid Social on client calls
Ensure tracking towards client goals and looking holistically at metrics
Immerse yourself in BW's culture, team, and digital marketing philosophy
Establish and cultivate positive relationships with key account stakeholders
Take a deep dive into the assigned client's business needs and objectives
Create ads for assigned clients based on insights from the account
Sit in on client calls and listen for additional learning on client's goals and initiatives
Start to budget and report revenue/leads for accounts
Create ads for assigned clients based on insights from the account
Start to speak on client calls for the Paid Social portion
Put in optimization tasks for account Paid Social Specialists and QA
QA Paid Social Specialist's campaigns and ads to ensure learnings are applied and setup is correct
Onboard new clients by analyzing past platform performance along with Google Analytics research
Work collaboratively with the Paid Search team to see how pacing towards client goals
Develop, coordinate, and implement paid social strategies across various channels including Facebook and Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Criteo, and more
Own the conversation surrounding paid social on client calls
Contribute to both new and existing client strategies and bring innovative ideas to the table

Required

2 years + experience running paid social campaigns, with proven results within the e-commerce space
Must have experience in the Facebook Ads Manager platform and be able to build campaigns, audiences, ad sets, and ads
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Self-driven with the ability to work independently
Able to complete tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Creativity and experience bringing new platforms and ideas to fruition

Preferred

1 years + experience in an agency environment preferred
Experience running TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn campaigns preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft or G-Suite tools preferred
