Service Delivery Associate – Enterprise IT Services & Hardware

They are seeking an entry-level Service Delivery Associate to support enterprise hardware and IT services in a fast-paced environment, focusing on service coordination and customer support.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for service coordination and customer support for OSI’s enterprise hardware support services (Systain)
Manage and triage service tickets, ensuring timely responses and progress in line with SLAs
Coordinate with field engineers, service partners, and vendors to support break/fix and replacement activities
Monitor service activity to ensure dispatches, parts shipments, and on-site actions are executed as expected
Assist with spare parts logistics, confirming correct parts are shipped from appropriate locations
Communicate clearly with customers regarding case status, next steps, and resolution progress
Work cross-functionally with Administrative, Supply Chain, and Inventory teams to ensure contracts are implemented and maintained correctly
Escalate issues appropriately while developing the judgment to resolve common service issues independently
Qualification
Required
0–3 years of experience in IT support, service delivery, helpdesk, NOC, hardware support, or logistics coordination
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tickets or priorities in a fast-paced environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Preferred
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, etc.) is a plus
Exposure to enterprise hardware, break/fix services, or SLA-driven environments is a plus
