Recruiting Manager
Simplex is a well-funded multi-site services and technology company seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiting Manager. This role will lead end-to-end hiring, manage approximately 30 hires annually, and partner with leadership to align recruiting strategies with business goals.
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for approximately 30 hires annually across roles such as Home Services Managers, Carpenters, Sales Representatives, Operations and City Managers, and select corporate positions
Source high-quality, passive candidates using creative sourcing methods (beyond Indeed and traditional job boards)
Build and nurture candidate pipelines through social platforms, networking, referrals, and industry outreach
Partner directly with leadership to define hiring needs, shape role descriptions, and align recruiting strategy to business goals
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s mission and culture to identify and attract “moneyball” hires — exceptional talent who accelerate results
Own the recruiting metrics, ensuring consistent communication with hiring managers and measured progress toward hiring goals
Continuously refine and improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience to support a high-growth environment
Qualification
Required
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house) with a demonstrated track record of proactive sourcing
Experience hiring across multiple functions and job levels, ideally including both field-based and white-collar positions
Strong sourcing chops and creative approach to finding and engaging passive candidates
Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in fast-moving, startup-style environments where you build from scratch
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Relentless drive to deliver measurable results and help a growing company level up its team
Full-time, in-office presence required in Austin, TX
