Responsibilities

Develop and implement manufacturing processes, plans, and tooling methodologies for composite aircraft parts and assemblies
Collaborate with IPTs to support the integration of technical solutions and ensure manufacturability of designs
Investigate and resolve technical problems related to composite manufacturing processes
Participate in the implementation of Lean principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste
Resolve technical issues that significantly impact performance, cost, or schedule
Conduct data analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with quality standards
Communicate effectively with internal customers and stakeholders to align product development and manufacturing goals
Perform producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capabilities meet requirements
Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout all manufacturing processes

Required

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
2+ years of related work experience with a Bachelors OR an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
The ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment
An final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

Preferred

Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience with a Bachelors OR an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
Experience supporting stabilization and improvement efforts in a manufacturing setting
