Responsibilities

Be the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for our customers, providing personalized service and building strong relationships through phone, email, and chat
Answer live chats in a timely manner
Respond to customer emails via Customer Care & Online Buying
Work with our Production team and manage our Service Sam To-Do List
Navigate our CRM system – HubSpot
Take incoming and make outgoing calls regarding Billing, Contract Changes & any other Service calls that come through the call queue
Book Golf and Sign (Print) Orders
Make outbound renewal calls to book contracts as directed to existing customers
Assist with closing out contracts that come through our Online Buying Portal and follow up on any unfinished contracts by gathering missing information from customers, golf courses, and tournament directors
Work closely with our Sales and Service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, especially during high-volume times
Follow up on Quotes, Pending Contracts, and Collections being a focal point of the role
Check folders i.e.: Redemptions, Logos, Signed Contracts, Customer Care, and Online Buying
Follow up on high-risk events to ensure our clients are well-prepared to execute their contests correctly
Utilize your golf knowledge and learned skills to assist customers with their inquiries and service requests
Work in unison with internal departments to deliver a high-quality experience for our customers
Prioritize tasks and manage your workload effectively to meet client service requests and business needs
May be asked to travel to and from events in your area and region based on operational need and risk assessment. Reimbursement would apply

Required

High school diploma or equivalent experience
A background in customer service is essential, with golf industry knowledge being a strong plus
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High energy and a positive attitude, ready to contribute to a collaborative work environment
Strong listening skills and a keen eye for detail
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus
A passion for sports, particularly golf, is highly valued
Use and filter excel to provide reporting on KPI's to management
