Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of complex Azure-based integrations involving Azure Functions, Service Bus messaging, Event Grid, Durable Functions, and APIM ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and long-term maintainability
Own the end-to-end architecture for major integration flows, including system decomposition, mapping specifications, message contracts, and cross-system dependency design
Define and enforce integration best practices across event-driven patterns, asynchronous orchestration, idempotency strategies, exception handling, retry logic, and observability
Guide technical decisions across the integration ecosystem, partnering with architects to evolve patterns, improve performance, reduce complexity, and enhance overall system resilience
Design and optimize SQL Server data models, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines to support ODS layers, data quality validations, high-volume transformations, and downstream consumption
Drive CI/CD maturity improvements including build/release optimizations, automated testing strategies, infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi/Bicep) governance, and environment promotion standards
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Salesforce, JDE/Orchestrator, Sitecore, Product/BA, Security, QA) to define integration requirements, resolve design gaps, and ensure aligned multi-system behaviors
Mentor mid-level and junior developers, provide technical guidance in code reviews, and help establish coding standards, branching strategies, and operational best practices
Lead troubleshooting and incident response for high-severity integration issues including root cause analysis, production diagnostics, and the implementation of long-term remediation plans
Influence roadmap and architectural direction, identifying opportunities to simplify integration workflows, modernize legacy patterns, and introduce scalable, enterprise-grade solutions

Strong proficiency in .NET/C#, with demonstrated experience building scalable, resilient, asynchronous workflows
Advanced SQL Server experience, including data modeling, complex stored procedures, indexing strategies, ETL logic, and performance tuning
Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), asynchronous messaging, retry/compensation strategies, idempotency, and distributed system design principles
Proven capability to own the architecture and delivery of end-to-end integration solutions across multiple systems
Experience leveraging AI-assisted development workflows including tools such as Cursor, Claude CLI, Copilot/Codex, AI agents, and MCP to accelerate development, improve design quality, and mentor teams on effective and responsible use of LLM-based tooling
Experience leading technical design sessions, conducting deep code reviews, and guiding teams toward best practices
Ability to mentor mid-level and junior developers, provide architectural direction, and elevate overall code quality
