Responsibilities
Partner with business users and stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria
Convert business objectives into clear, testable functional specifications and help create user stories, test plans, and test cases
Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing across various project phases to ensure quality and consistency
Work closely with product and development teams to maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through delivery
Participate in system configuration reviews, data verification, and defect management sessions
Offer recommendations to enhance testing methodologies and documentation practices
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or QA Analyst within the insurance domain (P&C experience strongly preferred)
Proven background supporting core system replacements or enterprise software implementations
Exceptional analytical, communication, and documentation abilities
Proficiency with testing and project management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, or TestRail, and experience working in Agile environments
Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional business and technical teams in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
