Responsibilities
Attend hearings, depositions, and appeals
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
Advise clients on their rights and obligations
Negotiate settlements with opposing parties
Maintain accurate case files and documentation
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff
Work independently and as part of a team
Qualification
Required
Pennsylvania license
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to take initiative and ownership
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Preferred
1-3 or more years of workers compensation experience (defense or plaintiff)
Interest in Workers compensation defense for those with less experience or changing practice areas
