Strong Phone Etiquette and experience with Receptionist Duties
Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and managing documentation

Exceptional Customer Service abilities to create a welcoming and professional environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting
Proficiency in using office software and phone systems
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Previous experience in a financial or customer-facing environment is a plus
Additional certifications or training are advantageous
