Marketing Manager
Multicoat is seeking a Marketing Manager responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs targeted toward existing and new markets. The role involves developing strategic marketing plans, managing budgets, and overseeing advertising and promotional activities to achieve corporate objectives.

Responsibilities
Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets
Plans and oversees sales advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail
Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share
Guides preparation of sale marketing activity reports and presents to executive management
Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
Assists and directs sales training, and performance evaluations to develop new sales personnel
Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by reviewing sales territories, quotas, and goals
Represents company at trade association meetings to promote products
Photography for social media, websites, print and digital advertising, email marketing, product packaging, marketing collateral, trade shows and point-of-purchase displays
Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
Serves as liaison between company sales force and Marketing department
Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
Responsible for the initial planning, implementation and running of the company’s annual sales meetings
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events
Ensure effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets
Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent number of years of experience is required
Must have the ability to think creatively, multi-task, ability to work independently and also work cooperatively as a team member
Skills required in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) along with proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
Must have the willingness to learn other computer programs with both MACs and PCs
Must be very detailed oriented and possess strong time management skills
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and ability to create on a short deadline
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. use of protective gear)
Preferred
Five (5) years of related experience with progressive management experience is preferred
Possession of graphic design experience is preferred
Possession of Salesforce knowledge is preferred
