Account Manager

Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for active clients and lead QBRs to ensure long-term growth
Proactively reactivate accounts that haven't purchased in 60+ days
Drive revenue via upselling, buyback programs, and enhanced support workflows
Bridge the gap between clients and internal ops to ensure SLAs are met
Use Copper/HubSpot to track engagement and analyze account health
Qualification
Required
Proven track record growing revenue in Tech, Telecom, or Managed Services
You deliver solutions before the client identifies a need
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
Adept at using CRMs and Excel for data-driven workflows
