Responsibilities

Produce high-quality videos, animations, and motion graphics that turn standard learning into an immersive experience

Build and polish interactive modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise

Partner with instructional designers to translate scripts into vibrant storyboards and visual concepts

Utilize Microsoft Co-Pilot, Synthesia, and other AI platforms to assist in content drafting, asset generation, and workflow optimization

Ensure all assets are accessible, on-brand, and aligned with industry standards

Edit and enhance video and animation assets based on stakeholder feedback to ensure the final product shines

Manage multiple creative streams in a fast-paced environment while meeting all delivery schedules

Required

Proven proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)

Mastery of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for high-end motion graphics and video editing

Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Co-Pilot and other AI tools via effective prompt-writing to accelerate content creation and problem-solving

A solid understanding of how to make digital and multimedia content accessible to all learners

The ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques in an ever-evolving tech landscape

A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design capabilities and the ability to create engaging, fun, and memorable content

Provide a link to a professional portfolio or reel showcasing work in motion graphics, video editing, and eLearning development

Preferred

Specific experience using AI video avatars for rapid content development

Experience in troubleshooting how media assets behave within various learning platforms
