Minimum of five (5) years or more inspecting construction work
Valid driver's license
Must have a 30-hour OSHA construction safety certification
Ability to pass a SWAC background check
Competent in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Other certs desired Fall Protection, confined space, and work zone safety
