Human Resources - Recruiter II
Mindlance is seeking a Recruiter II to provide key talent to support the organization. The role involves both hands-on and strategic components in executing project initiatives, driving functional excellence, and improving processes to attract and hire top talent.

Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates: Actively seek out potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networking sites, referrals, and direct outreach
Screening Candidates: Review resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to assess qualifications and suitability for the position. Also conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
Managing Recruitment Process: Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and provide timely updates to candidates
Building Talent Pools: Proactively build and maintain talent pools or candidate databases for future hiring needs. Cultivate relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged and interested in opportunities with the organization
Employer Branding: Play a key role in promoting the employer brand and enhancing the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. This may includes activities such as attending career fairs, various professional organizations, college alumni events, etc
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview notes, and hiring decisions
Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent more effectively. Utilize recruitment metrics and receive feedback to identify areas for improvement
Candidate Experience: Strive to provide a positive experience for all candidates, regardless of the outcome of their application. Offer timely communication and support throughout the recruitment journey
Technology Utilization: Leverage various recruiting tools and technologies such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing platforms to streamline the recruitment process and enhance efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or in a related field
3+ years of high volume hourly recruiting experience is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
The ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and stakeholders is crucial
Excellent organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously
Attention to detail is critical for reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and ensuring accuracy in all recruitment processes
The ability to quickly identify issues and implement solutions is important in the dynamic environment of recruitment
Recruitment priorities and strategies may change, so adaptability and flexibility are valuable traits
Upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality throughout the recruitment process is essential
