Responsibilities

You will personally own financial correctness and strategy across the company, including:
Accounting, revenue recognition, tax posture, cash forecasting, controls, compliance, and risk
End-to-end finance operations: FP&A, budgeting, reporting, accounting, and legal / risk oversight
Cash flow discipline and forecasting accuracy across bookings, revenue, and cash conversion
Revenue recognition, commissions, hiring plans, and multi-entity structures, ensuring we never “grow ourselves into a problem”
The financial narrative with the Board and investors, bringing clarity, rigor, and credibility
Acting as an early-warning system for the CEO, surfacing signals, not surprises

Required

Proven SaaS CFO experience with deep hands-on accounting and financial rigor
Clear track record owning cash forecasting, tax complexity, audits, and multi-entity structures
Comfortable leading Board and investor conversations with confidence and clarity
High-ownership mindset: pragmatic, direct, low-drama, and execution-oriented
Intuitively gets and breathes the P&L and KPIs

Preferred

CPA or equivalent background preferred
Experience managing international entities and teams (preferred)
Healthcare experience helpful, but not required
