Qualification
Required
2+ years of commercial insurance experience
Active commercial insurance license
Experience with Applied Epic or AMS360
Comfortable collaborating with a Director of Sales and supporting opportunities generated through outbound efforts
Ability to step in after initial contact to evaluate risk
Ability to build insurance programs
Ability to present coverage recommendations with clarity and confidence
Strong communication skills—able to explain coverage in a clear, modern, client-friendly way
Detail-oriented and organized, especially with policy reviews, endorsements, and documentation
Self-motivated and productive in a remote environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and agency management systems
Professional, collaborative, and relationship-driven mindset
Preferred
Exposure to medical malpractice and small business accounts
Experience with Applied Epic (Epic strongly preferred)
Spanish speaker
