Experience working on products liability, mass torts, environmental, toxic torts - talc, asbestos and/or silicosis related cases - defense side
Experience with written discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting motions and/or trial preparation is ideal
Must be highly motivated with strong written, analytical and communication skills
Qualification
Required
1+ years - 12+ years of civil defense litigation
Must be highly motivated with strong written, analytical and communication skills
Licensure in California is required
Residence in California is required
Preferred
Experience working on products liability, mass torts, environmental, toxic torts - talc, asbestos and/or silicosis related cases - defense side
Experience with written discovery
Experience taking and defending depositions
Experience drafting motions and/or trial preparation
