Patient Consultant

The Piazza Center for Plastic Surgery & Advanced Skin Care is seeking a Patient Consultant who will own the patient journey from inquiry through consultation and surgery scheduling. The role requires exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of procedures to effectively guide and advocate for patients while managing leads and optimizing schedules.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for all new and existing patient leads
Guide patients seamlessly from initial inquiry → virtual pre-consult → in-office consultation → financial planning → surgery scheduling
Be present and available for patients on consultation days as their dedicated guide and advocate
Maintain consistent, high-touch communication before and after consultations
Fully manage LeadLoop, ensuring:
Timely response to all inbound inquiries (calls, web, forms, messages)
Accurate data entry and pipeline placement
Lead follow-up, nurturing, and conversion
Monitor incoming phone calls and online inquiries with urgency and professionalism
Own lead response time, follow-up cadence, and patient conversion experience
Ensure no lead is lost, delayed, or mishandled
Conduct virtual pre-consultation calls via video
Provide clear, transparent financial education, including:
Procedure pricing
Surgical quotes
Financing options
Bundled or staged treatment plans
Present treatment plans with confidence, empathy, and accuracy
Act as a trusted financial and procedural resource for patients
Own and optimize Dr. Piazza’s consultation and surgical schedule
Coordinate scheduling between:
Patients
Surgeons
Contractors
Surgery center
Ensure schedules are efficient, optimized, and aligned with practice goals
Serve as the liaison between patients and providers for all scheduling-related needs
Represent The Piazza Center brand with warmth, professionalism, and excellence
Maintain expert-level knowledge of all services offered, including:
Surgical procedures
Non-surgical aesthetic treatments
Skin care and advanced technologies
Speak confidently and accurately about procedures, outcomes, timelines, and expectations
Uphold the luxury, trust, and integrity of the practice at all times

Required

Proven experience in patient consulting, lead management, or surgical coordination
Strong sales, relationship-building, and closing skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication
High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive conversations
Experience with CRM or lead management systems (LeadLoop and Patient Now experience a plus)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with virtual consultations and technology

Preferred

3–5+ years in plastic surgery, aesthetics, concierge medicine, or high-end medical sales
