Excellent Communication Skills: You’re a natural communicator, making it easy for members to understand complex financial information, no matter the platform—be it face-to-face, over the phone, or in writing. You create a warm, welcoming environment that fosters trust and builds member loyalty with every interaction
Executing Transactions with Precision: Accurately process a wide range of transactions—payments, card orders, and digital banking requests—with a strong focus on efficiency, precision, and attention to detail, ensuring seamless service for every member interaction
Quick to Learn and Eager to Apply: New information? Bring it on. You’re quick to learn and excel at using that knowledge to enhance our members’ experience. Whether it's a new product, policy, or procedure, you adapt swiftly, always ready to provide accurate, relevant guidance that benefits our members and improves our service

Required

A High School Diploma or GED is required to ensure you have the foundational skills to empower you to perform successfully in this role
At least one year of hands-on experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services
Available to work Saturdays so members get the support they need when it's most convenient for them
